At MW Commercial Insurance Partners, our priority is making sure you have the information you need to protect your home and family—especially during severe weather. Our office will remain open as long as it’s safe to do so. If we need to temporarily close, we’ll reopen as soon as conditions allow and will continue monitoring messages to assist with claim reporting as quickly as possible.
If you need immediate claims help while our office is closed, you can file a claim directly through your insurance carrier’s website or mobile app. We recommend submitting claims online when available, since carrier phone lines are often extremely busy during storm events.
What To Do After A Loss
Temporary Repairs
If it’s safe, complete necessary emergency repairs to help prevent additional damage to the covered property.
List Damaged Items
Create a list of damaged or destroyed items and note an estimated value for each.
Photos
Photograph all damage and keep damaged items in a safe place so the adjuster can inspect them.
Keep All Receipts
Save receipts for repairs and any extra living expenses related to the storm, and share them with the adjuster.
